How to choose the needle count?

The following are common needle count：

96N 108N-Baby Socks

120N -Children Socks

132N-Teenager Socks

144N-Ladies or Men’s Socks

156N 168N-Men’s Socks

200N-Quality Men’s Socks

You can choose according to your needs.If you want a machine that can make socks for all sizes, we recommend you to choose 120N or 144N

1. Production Capacity; about 300~400 pairs/24 hours, depending on the design, length and crafts of socks

2. Automatic lubrication system, making it easy for sock machine maintnance.Besides needle or yarn breakage, electronic error will be shownon the display automatically, lessen the sock defective rate and needle consumption
3. We use well-known Chinese brands for key parts, such as Feijian needles, Fushun selectors, our homemade Pneumatic Cylinder Brands.,we use cutting part instead of asting part,which has a longer life.

4. Double down pickers, double up pickers are adopted for a better and quicker toe/heel-knitting, also can knit big or small sock heels, Y heels.

5. High speed controlling system is adopted with muti-languages: English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic etc.
