What kinds of socks can be made?

FS-6FP is mainly aimed at making plain socks. Each row can weave up to 6 colors, and the most 17 colors can appear on the same pair of socks.The length and density of the socks can also be set by the computer. You can desigh different kinds of patterns through the software.

• Production Capacity/24 hours: 300~400 pairs according to different sizes or crafts of socks.

• Our sock knitting machine comes in a range of colors, with up to 7 colors available in each row.

• Double down pickers, double up pickers are adopted for a better and quicker toe/heel-knitting, also can knit big or small sock heels, Y heels.

• High speed controlling system is adopted with muti-languages: English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic etc.

• 13 languages for most countries and regions.

Standard Configuration

1.Controller: Mingde/Guohao controller is adopted

2. Servo Motor: Royaltec or Y.M.C, both of them are stable in performance and less repair rate.

3. Selector: Mingde brand as standard configuration, Fushun brand will be optional if buyer requires.

4. Needles: Feijian or Golden Roc brand.

5. Cams: CR12MOV material are used instead of casting part, which has a longer life.

6. Standard air valve configuration.

7. Package: Plywood case

8. Electricity Required: 380V 3-phase.
