Main yarn: according to requirements, it can be spun polyester, cotton yarn, woolen yarn, bamboo fiber, acrylic, etc.

Spandex yarn: This kind of yarn help socks stretchy. There are air covered yarn (ACY) and single covered yarn (SCY) can be chosen.

Rubber covered yarn: used to make welt.Jacquard yarn: Nylon, polyester DTY,etc for making patterns on socks.

There are four knitting needles that need to be used, they are involved in every step of sewing in the sock making process.

Hosiery needle: Under the control of the triangle, the knitting needle moves radially, and completes the work through the steps of plating, bending, long loop, stripping, and stripping to achieve the sock knitting task.

Sinker: under the control of the eyebrow triangle, the shamrock moves in the weft direction to prevent the buckle when the hosiery needle falls off the loop.

Jacquard: Under the control of the triangle and the jacquard blade, the sock needle is controlled by itself to achieve the purpose of making patterns.

We will wrap a layer of plastic bags outside the machine to prevent dust.
